I co-founded the neighborhood watch in my neighborhood, then worked closely with Niki Pierson (Bloomington Police) to create the first training manual for the city.

I co-founded a Men's Group that has met continuously in Bloomington for over 30 years.  The model we developed for this group has been studied and replicated -- as it is a leaderless group.
